Well-being through PHS
The PHS diagnostic provides a therapeutic and holistic guideline for your well-being. PHS is not a diet, it is not what we eat, it is the way we eat. I have been eating according to my PHS determination for more than 5 years and feel great! I haven’t experienced digestive problems anymore, I have a lot more energy, don’t get tired anymore, and my awareness, perception, reasoning, and judgment are clearer.
Healing starts with the body. As a certified PHS Practitioner and a Clinical Nutritionist in Part 1 of the workshop I will introduce you to the PHS concept and in Part 2 of the workshop I will give each one of you the tools to help you realign yourself to your pre-disposition and the most beneficial environment for you.
