What is the Human Design System?

What is Human Design?The Human Design System analyses  the direct link between the precise timing of our birth and the way in which our genes are orchestrated.

Using computer technology and a binary code system drawn from the 64 hexagrams of the Rave I Ching, our astrological birth data is integrated with a universal matrix or “hexagram wheel.”

This hexagram wheel is directly related to the 64 codons of our DNA which  represents a biochemical map of our body.

We call this map  a bodygraph.

The 64 hexagrams relate specifically to the Nine Centers depicted in the bodygraph. This is the blueprint encoded in our genes – unique, separate and distinct to us. It is our Human Design blueprint.

With the use of the Human Design System, it is now possible to analyze the individual code of any human being using only the date, time and place of birth.

Stress Makes Us Less Intelligent

Stress makes us less intelligent, because stress hormones cause our blood vessels to constrict, which has a negative effect on our consciousness.

When we feel stressed, we are more prone to make rash decisions, which often lead to results that aren’t beneficial for us.

We react to life, instead of following our strategy, and listening to our inner authority.

If you lack physical well-being, how can you be healthy on any other level?

It all starts with a healthy body. And a healthy body is a relaxed body.

What are we holding on to?

AddictionAs humans we hold onto many things, we in large part live in our past, holding onto our childhood trauma. We define ourselves by what has happened to us, not by who we are authentically, and individually, the way we came into the world.

We define ourselves by what has happened to us, how others treat us, we are controlled by our external world, be it our peers, the media and so on. We are controlled by what we are not. We give up are whole lives to playing the victim, to abuse, and manipulation, never getting the chance to be what it is to be who we really are. To live authentically as a individual soul.

Do we want to continue living like this ?

We have to really ask ourselves do we want to continue living like this, to endure this, to define our entire existence this way, to be addicted to this old way of being. To continue to have this mindset- it’s the mind, our psychological landscape that can be changed, made anew. Our mind is the architect of the body.

The Basics of De-Conditioning

The Human Design bodygraph can never be fully colored in . The whiteness is our openness to life, and our vulnerability to the impact of the other.

Instead of living the truth of what we are, what is defined and reliable within us, we try to become what we are not.

Where the white rules is where the Not-Self lives.

When we’re operating out of our Strategy and Authority, our openness becomes the source of our wisdom.

We use our mind to watch how the Not-Self works, which leads to an expansion of our consciousness.

We have more energy to follow our purpose, because our energy is not zapped by constantly trying to be what we are not.
